TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PJ CONSULTING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR YOUR LOST REVENUES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, RESULTING (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE EVEN IF PJ CONSULTING OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF, KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE AND EVEN IF DIRECT DAMAGES DO NOT SATISFY A REMEDY. PJ CONSULTING'S (AND ITS WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARIES' TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM CLAIMS, DEMANDS, OR ACTIONS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED $500 (USD).
PJ Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time and without notice. You, as a user, have the right to terminate your account by contacting the site administrator.
